Do you ever catch yourself thinking waaaay too much a little too often? It becomes an impluse for many of us, if not ALL of us. But, that’s the thing that fucks us up the most. Overthinking about all this shit whether it already happened or you think it’s gonna happen.. But all in all, you can’t do anything about it except get over it. Yeah, memories last longer than the situation but that doesn’t mean the sadness and pain has to last longer too. Don’t look back and cry because it’s over, think back and be thankful that it happened. If you keep cluttering your mind with all those sad thoughts, sad moments, bad vibes.. How do you expect to get better? Don’t make it the situation harder than it already is for yourself. Yeah, of course you’re gonna have those thoughts running through your mind here n’ there, but don’t sit there and sulk under that gray cloud. Don’t allow yourself to get that sad.. That’s just not healthy. Keep ya’self together. Head up, heart strong. Ya’ dig?
